Landscapes

 I walked to the backwater lake behind my neighborhood to get these pictures, this one is of moss covered rocks that descend into a densely lily pad covered lake.

 This is another shot of the lake, with a train bridge in the background. I was surprised that this was not over exposed, it was very bright out this day.

This shot is just looking straight down a fallen tree that is now partially submerged in the lake. This is one of my favorites.

I used a tripod to position the camera, and then held my hand out in front of the lens and focused on it, then positioned myself as close as I could to the distance I had focused on, and waited for the timer.
