To me, this is a good picture for many reasons. I really like pictures that are taken at dark with a long exposure, mainly because of how they alter the color in the picture and make it seem much more vibrant than in actually is. I also like how the train tracks are crisp and draw your attention, while the clouds are blurred from cloud movement. The partial reflections in the surrounding lake also make this picture good to me.
